Warranty

Our footwear and accessories are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers manufacturing faults that impact the structure, stitching, sole construction or functional components of the product.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scuffs, stains, damage from improper use, misuse, accident, exposure to harsh chemicals, heat or water beyond intended use. It also does not cover fit discomfort, changes in personal foot condition or issues arising from choosing an incorrect size. Footwear is designed for comfort support, not medical treatment, and this warranty does not guarantee relief from foot symptoms.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, submit a claim through our contact page. You will need to share clear photographs showing the issue and your order information. We will evaluate each claim individually.

Approved warranty claims may be resolved with replacement, store credit or partial refund, at our discretion. We do not automatically offer warranty resolution for items that have been modified, repaired by a third party or used outside their intended purpose.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Limitations and exclusions set out here apply.

Warranty claims are separate from our 60-day return policy. Return eligibility and warranty coverage are assessed under different criteria.
